Delete your CoupleTime account

You can permanently delete your CoupleTime account in the app or request deletion here if you no longer have access to it.
Delete in the app
Open Profile, choose Account Management, then choose Delete Account. Review the confirmation and follow the prompts. This permanently deletes the account rather than deactivating it.
Request deletion without the app
Email the address used for your CoupleTime account to hello@coupletime.app with the subject "CoupleTime account deletion request." Send the request from that account email when possible. We may ask for limited information needed to verify ownership before deletion.
What deletion covers
Deletion revokes active sessions and removes the account and personal records. Profile media is scheduled for deletion. Joint household history may remain available to a connected partner where it forms part of that person's shared history. Security, purchase, accounting, and temporary backup records may be retained only where described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting CoupleTime does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through the store where it was purchased if you do not want it to renew.
